I reached the counterand I handed the girl at the counter my card and I.D wanting to find out why I could not get my coupon at the machine. When I arrived I went to the promotion counter by the bus service area because I had to change my card ( down graded to red card). I recently visited here on Sunday April 10th, 2016. I wanted to voice my anger and disappointment of this casino.
